With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard Andrew Noll of Manchester, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew George Noll and Santina DeCarlo-Noll; his wife Brenda L. Noll; and his siblings, Catherine Cook, Grace Vonkarstedt and William "Bill" Noll.

He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Sayles of Lexington, NC and Christine Crowl of Westminster, MD; his sister Carolyn Dumbauld of Annapolis, MD; his grandchildren, Brock, Tyler Artfitch, Kayla Crowl and Amber Sayles; and his great grandchildren, Camden Blankenship, Catalina, London Artfitch and Darcy Artfitch.
