He is survived by: his son Steve Arbaugh; his daughter-in-law Linda Arbaugh of Owings Mills; his son Bob Arbaugh; his daughter-in-law Kim Arbaugh of New Windsor; his stepson Cary; his daughter-in-law Jill Myers of Westminster; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jamie Ryan, Matthew, Keli Arbaugh, Darrin Arbaugh, Cheryl Williams, Kristin, Tyer Athey, Madison, Christian and Seth Myers; his great grandchildren, Landon, Emerson, Cameron Ryan, Brayden, Emma Rose Arbaugh and Callie Anne Athey; and his siblings, John D. Arbaugh, William L. Arbaugh of Westminster, Patricia A. Combs and Margaret L. Nikirk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
