He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Neville and Delores Lee Neville. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mary Neville; his children, Gregory Allan Neville of Ashville, OH and Anita Mary Harmon of Catonsville, MD; and his brother Dennis P. Neville of Ellicott City, MD..

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions should be made to St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.
