She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Wise and Claire Wise (Smith); her husband Franklin "Frank" Whitmer, Sr.; and her sister Rose Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Deb Renfro (Glenn) of Hanover, PA, Frank Whitmer, Jr. (Dori) of Union Bridge and Barb Bridges (Randy) of Taneytown; her brother Walter Wise (Shirley) of Pasadena, MD; her grandchildren, Tracey Willet (Josh), Heather Hanna (Chaz), Bryant Renfro (Kelli), Frank Whitmer, III, Rachel Whitmer, Daniel Bridges (Leslie), Tyler Bridges (Stephanie), Joshua Bridges (Katherine Novicki) and Natalia Bridges (Brandon Stoner); her great grandchildren, Zac, Emiline, Brayden Willet, Hunter, Colton, Camden Renfro, Jasmine, Alyssa, Kory Whitmer, Devin Brooks, Ava Rae Miller, Annmarie, Axel, Peyton Bridges and Maddox Yates; and her great great grandchild Jackson Crane. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
