She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Earl and Beulah Marie Harris Dietz; her husband Noah Walter Bosley, Jr.; her son Thomas Wayne Rill; and her siblings, William "Gimp" Phillip Dietz, Edward "Sonny" Clinton Dietz, Robert "Bobby" Dietz, Marie Follett and Loretta Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Berwager of Hampstead, MD, Clint Rill (Vicki) of Hampstead, MD, Todd Rill of Florida, Cindy and Dean Boudreau of Hampstead, MD; her grandchildren, Mike Cooper, Greg Cooper, Eric Rill, Aaron Rill, Brandy Rill, Caitlyn Rill, Molly Rill, Travis Rill, Jessica Ferraro and Heather Gleason; her great grandchildren, Sarah Cooper, Daniel Cooper, Thomas Vance, Joshua Vance and Jaxton Yoder; and her siblings, Shirley Hess of Hanover, PA, Joyce Harmon of Hampstead, MD, Walter Dietz (Jane) of Manchester, MD and Donald Dietz (Betty) of South Carolina.
