He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Michael DePalmer and Mary Ida Gentile DePalmer. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly "Kim" DePalmer (Bill Bailey) of Vermont, Jeanne Turman (Roger) of Finksburg and Joe DePalmer of Manchester; his grandchildren, Rebeca, Jacob, Crystal, Larry, Dustin, Zachary and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Weston, Kiarah, Camden, Kora, Eli, Maddie and Alexander; and his siblings, Vince DePalmer of Manchester, Anthony "Tody" DePalmer of Glenville, PA and Anita "Sis" Gates of McSherrystown, PA..
