He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Moran, Sr. and Margaret Frances Moran (Drake); and his nephew Eric Fisher. He is survived by: his spouse Jeanne Moran (Staley); his children, Kristin Bartel (Michael) of Westminster and Brian Moran (Sarah) of Lumberton, N. J.; his grandchildren, Olivia Bartel, Madeline Bartel, Piper Moran, Finn Moran and Brody Moran; and his siblings, Ernie Moran (Pam) of Fort Myers, Florida and Judy Foss of Martinsburg, WV.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
