He is survived by: his wife Marlene Walter; his daughters, Virginia Durham of Aberdeen, MD and Dottie Williams of North Carolina; his stepdaughters, Darlene Goyette (Steven) of Manchester and Ann Radcliffe (Stewart) of Ellicott City, MD; his grandchildren, Branden Felix, Elizabeth Lazzaro, Lauren Brown, Christopher Williams, Kim Perley, Victoria Radcliffe, Connor Radcliffe, Haley Goyette and Phillip Goyette; and his siblings, Robert Walter, Michael Walter, Fran Davis of Baltimore and Judy Karl of Baltimore.
