Hudgins (Kristina Tuttle) of Manchester, MD; his grandchildren, Madison, Camryn, Colton and Brianna; and his siblings, Lorna Rudnikas of Ellicott City, MD and Russell Hudgins, Jr. of Pasadena, MD.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
