He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Curtis and Margaret Buchman Fout; and his wife Patricia Ann Thornton Fout. He is survived by: his children, Donald C. Fout, Jr., Kathleen A. Fout and Kelly P. Wagner. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
