She is survived by: her husband William Irvin Pannell; her children, Eric Pannell of New Market, MD, Bryan Pannell of Manchester, MD and Caitlin Pannell of Manchester, MD; her grandchildren, Addison, Lilly and Brynlee; and her sisters, Judy Sobus of Ellicott City, MD, Connie Dibene of Edgewater, MD and Barbara Knickman of Ocean Pines, MD..
