It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Strubin of Manchester, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Strubin; and his spouse Lavon L. Strubin. He is survived by: his children, Kim Wengert (David), Kelly Leonardi (Larry) and Kerry Shortall (Drew); his grandsons, Zachary Leonardi (Tracey) and Nicholas Leonardi; and his great grandchild Abigail Leonardi.
