She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Edwards and Darlene M. Edwards (Luckabaugh) of Westminster, MD.. She is survived by: her husband Ken E. Fringer, Jr.; her children, Georgia M. Andrews (Ron, Jr.) of Hanover and Timothy S. Edwards (Karissa) of Elsmere, DE; her siblings, Randy Edwards (Dani), Mickey Edwards (Jeanne) and Joy Dubrovich (Dave) of Eldersburg, MD; her grandchildren, Cam Andrews, Caleb Andrews and Charlie Andrews; and her pets, Gizmo and Holstein. She is also survived by other loving extended family members and friends.
