She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas William Cook and Carol Ann Cook; her husband Paul David Klosek; and her sister Liza Humphrey. She is survived by: her son Barry C. Lambert, Jr.; her granddaughter Justice Lambert; her siblings, Laura Wade (Don), Bill Cook and Tiffany Brewer (David); her nieces and nephews, Kristen Lee Wade, Brittany Brewer, Ashley Humphrey, Aaron Humphrey and Christopher Vaughn; her great-nephews, Gevin, River, Zachary Vaughn and Bodie Nawrocki; and her close friend Patricia Lambert.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cheryl's name may be offered to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
