He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Robert Polk, Sr. and Nora Polk (Lupus); his wife Janet Ann Polk; his children, Cheryl Lee Waldman of Hampstead, Julie Ann Lillycrop of Westminster, Danny Ernest Polk of Milton, DE and James Clayton Polk, Sr. of Woodbine; and his sister Rene Bowen of Pasadena.
