She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward A. Harvey, Sr. and Rella E. Hopkins Harvey; and her husband Thomas Lee Brown. She is survived by: her son Scott L. Brown of Manchester, MD; her siblings-in-law, June D. Skipper, Jean Brown and Merle E. Skipper; and also Mickey O'Neill of Hampstead, MD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to a charity of one's choice.
