He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Howard and Helen Marie Ritenour Welsh; and his son Carl H. Welsh, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Welsh; his children, Rev. Beverly Cotner (Michael) of Turbotville, PA and Kenneth "Ken" Welsh (Jennie) of Manchester, MD; his daughter-in-law Mary Welsh of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Jason, Michael, Drew, Christopher, Emily Welsh, Derek and Matthew Cotner; and his siblings, William "Bill" Welsh of Dundalk, MD and Bonnie Kryglik of Rossville, MD.. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
