He is survived by: his wife Lisa Phillips-Judy; his children, Edwin Judy of Harford County, Alivia Judy of Harford County and Ellie Judy of Carroll County; his stepsons, Zachary Phillips of Carroll County and Paul Phillips, Jr. of Carroll County; and his sister Marilyn Schmidt (Brad) of Eglon.
A reception was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel (3296 Charmil Dr, Manchester, MD 21102).
