He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Willey and Ida Insley Willey; and his brother-in-law Harvey Mills. He is survived by: his wife Linda Willey of Madison; and his brothers, Carl Willey, Jr. (Barbara) of Toddville and David Willey (June) of Cambridge. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
