Kay L. Parks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay L. Parks of Madison, Maryland, who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis L. King and Mamie Barrack King; and her sister May Ann Windsor. She is survived by: her husband Larry Parks of Madison; her daughter Michelle Sears of Taylors Island; her siblings, Ray King of Cambridge and Fay Willey (Eldridge) of Madison; and her daughter Heather Nash. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
