We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021, at the age of 88, Charlotte V. Souder of Madison, Maryland, born in Rockville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Calvin Shifflett and Mary Dixon Shifflett; her husband Wayne Souder; and her son Timothy Souder. She is survived by: her children, Donna Carr (Bruce), Bill Disney (Germanie), Dale Disney (Laura), Linda Williams (Jimmy), Wayne Souder (Linda) and Cindy Parks (Ben); and her brother Claude Shifflett. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, a great-great granddaughter.
