She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. of York, PA. and Frances E. Leib (Wilt) of York, PA.. She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Bilby, Jr.; her children, Jonathan Bilby and Melissa S.; her husband Stephen C. Freeman; and her brother William Leib. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made in her name to Valley Baptist Church.
