He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Fields; his children, Robert Fields, William Fields (Jessica) and Christine Will (Jefferson); his sibling Kay Louise Fields; his grandchildren, Edie, Matthew, Sam, Alex and Jack; and his nieces and nephews, Jason and Fred.
