She was predeceased by: her parents, Levin Ross and Frances Insley Wilson. She is survived by: her close friend Melba E. Williams of Lutherville; and her cousins, Ruth Ann Pierce and Susan Jones.

She continued to do this until COVID cancelled the spring season.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in Milly's memory to TRU Rescue, PO Box 27, Phoenix, MD 21131 and/or Westside Vol.
