He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pratt and Elva Pratt (Harbaugh). He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy J. Carter (Wayne Hay), Kathleen J. Pratt and Susan L. Fiorino (Michael); his grandchildren, Christopher Fiorino and Cynthia Fiorino; his great grandchild Hollis Fiorino; his friend Rosita Hurka; his sister Bettie Williamson; and his wife Lorraine Pratt.
