He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Polakoff and Edith Polakoff. He is survived by: his wife Ann Gaskel Polakoff; his sons, Ed Polakoff (Elizabeth), Phil Polakoff (Lori) and Sam Polakoff (Denise); his sister Elinor Mioduski (John); and his brother-in-law Howard Goldman (Pat). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Arlington Chizuk Amuno Cemetery (4300 N Rogers Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215).
