It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Grafton of Lutherville, Maryland, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Sean G. Ballard, Charles R. Grafton and Theresa G. Dowdall (Jamie); his significant other Karen Matte; his grandchildren, Wesley R. Cianchette, Ginny C. Grafton, Cari B. Grafton, Kelsey A. Grafton Anderson (DaShawn), Bryan C. Dowdall (Ashley), Seamus M. Dowdall and Kaelan F. Dowdall; and his siblings, Ann G. Thacker and Paul R. Grafton.
