He is survived by: his spouse Mary Skudrna; his children, Rob Skudrna, Jackie, Liz Lengel, Kathy Ball, Mark, Barbara Wixom, Christopher, Linda Estey and Warren; his sibling Theresa Marks; and his grandchildren, Radford, Colin, Luke, Nicholas, Bethany, Joseph, Haley, Hanna, Madeline and Alexander.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Joe's name to Mount Saint Joseph High School, 4403 Frederick Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229, Class of 1956 Endowment Fund.
