He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Hoffeld Sr. and Dolores Hoffeld (Rolfes); his wife Frances Adele Hoffeld; and his siblings, Rea Mattson, William Hoffeld and Robert Hoffeld.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Sherman (Steve), Calvin Hoffeld III and Donna Lester; his grandsons, Christopher Sherman (Megan), Nicholas Sherman and Zachary Sherman; his great grandchild Brantley Sherman; and his siblings, Gary Hoffeld and Geraldine Roach. He is also survived by children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Calvin's memory to the Alzheimer's Association of MD.
