He was predeceased by: his wife Tatiana Kondratyuk; his parents, Anastasia Kondratyuk and Alexei Kondratyuk; and his mother-in-law Esfir Golubchanskaya. He is survived by: his sons, Ruslan Kondratyuk (Hana Rose) and Andrey Kondratyuk; his sister Lily Rebriy (Ivan); his grandsons, Turner Kondratyuk and Barrett Kondratyuk; and his father-in-law Lev Golubchanskiy.
