He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Mitchell, Sr. and Viola Ruth Mitchell; and his brother Ernest H. Mitchell, Jr. (Jean). He is survived by: his wife Dora Mitchell; his former wife Carol Badenoch (Danny); his children, William Jr., Ryan, Kyle (Laura) and Michele; his stepdaughter Ana Caballero; and his siblings, Nancy Lee Stramer, Sandra Ragan (Paul), Wayne Ramsey (Catherine), Cynthia Mitchell, Jim Mitchell (Roddy) and Kerry Callaway (Tony). He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces, cousins and in-laws.
