He is survived by: his parents, Robert Hupp and Jennifer Hupp; his brother Miles Hupp; his grandmother Mary Ellen Blackburn; his aunts and uncles, Bonnie Kovacs, Melinda Weilminster, Joey Kovacs and Mark Weilminster; and his cousin Trevor Weilminster. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A Memorial Donation may be made in his name to the Linda L. Kelley Animal Shelter in Calvert County MD, in lieu of flowers.
