He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Miller and Ada Maxwell Post Miller; and his siblings, Carl J. Miller and Sandra K. Miller Kniceley. He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Miller; his children, Jonathan P. Miller (Kathryn) and Karla J. Bennington (Norman); his grandchildren, Ashley M. Rinehart (George), Darien S. Miller, Reagan G. Miller and Ethan N. Bennington; and his great grandchild Lawson L. Rinehart.
