He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Carney, and Martin Carney, Sr.; and his son Christopher Carney. He is survived by: his children, Scott Carney (Tiffany) of Lusby, MD and Shawn Carney (Amy) of Valatie, NY; and his siblings, Charles Carney, Constance Carney and Mollie Wolfe. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
