It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Andrews of Lusby, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hazel Gertrude Prentice and Joseph Carroll, Sr.; her husband David Reigh Andrews; her children, Donna Cupp of Lusby, Philip Dew III of Prince Frederick and Michelle Andrews of Lusby; her grandchildren, Priscilla Cupp, Kayla Dew, Kacee Dew, David Cupp, Jr., Philip Dew IV, Daniel Weimer, Jr. and Devin Andrews; her great grandchildren, Chase and Reagan Dew; and her siblings, Joseph Carroll, Jr., Alice Dew, Rosie Leebrick and Butch Carroll.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will not be a repast following Ms. Andrews service.
