She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Calvin Koch and Kathryn Irene Koch (Herb). She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Rapczynski; her children, Sandi, Jimmy (Julie) of Mechanicsville, MD, Rick (Christy) of Mechanicsville, MD, Dan (Mary) of Alexandria, VA and Katy (Chris) of Haymarket, VA; and her siblings, Bill Koch of Crossville, TN, Helen Koch of Fredericksburg, VA and Alice Hamilton of Cookeville, TN.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
