He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Billy Shelton, Andrew and Caroline Urnosky. He is survived by: his parents, Daryl Urnosky and Patricia Urnosky; his grandmother Dottie Shelton of Virginia; his uncle David Shelton; and his cousin Maddi Shelton of Louisiana.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of life for Jacob will be held at a later date.
