He was predeceased by: his parent Lorena V. Lockie; his wife Betty D. Shea; and his sister Barbara J. Pardoe. He is survived by: his parent Earl T. Lockie; his children, Bernie Shea (Denise) of Lusby, MD and Stacy Marshall Shea of Lusby, MD; his grandchildren, John Francis Shea and Kiersten Marie Shea; and his brother-in-law Douglas Pardoe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
