He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eugene Holtzclaw, Sr. and Joanna Holtzclaw (Vidi). He is survived by: his children, Amanda Hemming (Jeremy) and Donald Holtzclaw, III (Kelsey); his grandchild Adleigh Hemming; and his siblings, Janice Holtzclaw, Theresa Oswald, Debbie Martin, Eric Holtzclaw and Jeffery Holtzclaw.
