She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Moreland (Tina) of Lusby, MD, Richard Moreland, Sr. (Tara) of East Bend, NC and Randi Blake (John Sr.) of LaPlata, MD. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
