He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lavish and Mary Lavish (Lissack); his daughter-in-law Lynette Lavish; and his siblings, Anne Lavish, Marie Lavish, William Lavish and Joseph Lavish.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley W. Lavish; his children, Valerie A. Kund (Dennis) of Lusby, MD, Craig A. Lavish (Gayle) of Madison, AL and Mark A. Lavish of Comstock Park, MI; his grandchildren, Ian Kund, Wyatt Kund (Eleanor), Chelsea Wicks (Chandler, Hunter Lavish), Torey, Ariel, Tasha Lavish, Mark Lavish Jr. and Trey Lavish; and his niece Ellen Becht of Las Vegas, NV..
