He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Neitzey and Eileen Mannix Neitzey; his daughter April Neitzey; his wife Margaret Elizabeth Neitzey of Lothian; his daughter Kelly Neitzey of Annandale, VA; his stepchildren, Lynn Schaeffer (Kenny Wilde), Teresa Jackson (Chuck) of Shady Side, MD, Pam Brown of Dunkirk, MD, Matthew Burke (Sharon Maas) of Jacksonville, FL and Anthony Clatterbuck of Annapolis, MD; and his sisters, Jacqueline Southerland of Southport, NC, Mildred Gallahan (Michael) of Alexandria, VA and Alice Neitzey of Bolivia, NC.. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
