He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillary Owens Sr. and Louise Forester Owens; his siblings, Stella Richardson, Patricia Booze, Nancy Owens, Hillary Owens, Jr. and Lankford Owens, Sr.; his children, Lisa Harper (Jerome, Sr.) and Ronnie Owens Jr.; his grandchildren, Jerome Harper Jr., Ronnie Owens III and Ashley Green; his sister Linda Owens Little; his siblings-in-law, Grace Creek, Audrey Hutton, Virginia Smith, Violet Owens, Alice Owens, Charles Little and Augustus Smith; and his aunt Clarice Sellman.
He is survived by: his son P. A.; his son-in-law Jerome Sr.; and his grandson Ronnie III.
Due to the continuous uptick in numbers with the pandemic, in-person attendance at the funeral service, at Reese and Sons Mortuary, will be limited to 60 people.
