He was predeceased by: his parents, Darnel Talbert and Dora Talbert of Camp Springs, MD; and his brothers, Don, Robert and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Talbert; his daughters, Erin Daly (Jeff) and Cailin Talbert; and his grandchildren, Tim, Anthony, Thea, Nick, Ben and Aurelia.
