He was predeceased by: his sister Jo Ann. He is survived by: his wife Sonja; and his siblings, Barbara Chambers of Port Republic, Danny Taylor of Annapolis, David Taylor of Stafford, Betty Lynn Newkirk of Palm City, Mary Coulson of Martinsburg and Ruth Cornwell of Manassas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and cousins.
