He was predeceased by: his sons, Charles, Louis and Edward Moreland; and his sister Barbara Miller. He is survived by: his wife Donna Louise Moreland; his stepdaughters, Karen Bosworth of Chesapeake Beach, MD and Christy Gribble of Edgewater; and his sister Darlene Bryant of Arnold. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
