James Rogers Parks Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Rogers Parks of Lothian, Maryland, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Norma Lea Parks. He is survived by: his parents, Maurice Carr Parks Sr. and Dorothy Delma Parks; his wife Sandra Kay Parks; his first born Leah Ann Ellmore (Douglas Allan Ellmore Sr.); his second born Norma Jean Dorsey (Steven Edward Dorsey); his grandchildren, Andrea Leah Hurd (Nathan Keith Hurd), Douglas Allan Ellmore Jr. (Kyle Stafford Robinson), Meredith Ann Ellmore, Cody James, Jacob Albert and Brandon Luke; his goddaughter Kendra Linkins; and his stepsons, Winston Keith Ashley and Bruce Martin Ashley. He is also survived by loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
