He is survived by: his parents, Ann Bladen (Jessica Donaldson) of Luray, VA and William "Eddie" Lewis, Jr. of Lothian; his children, Elijah Lewis Leggett of Luray, James "LJ" Lewis, Jr. of Lothian and Taylor Skyy Lewis of Lothian; and his siblings, Harold McClay of Luray, Nikki Bobbitt (Danny) of Morrisville, NC and Brandi McClay of Luray. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, friends, and coworkers.
