She is survived by: her brother Richard Simmons (Gwen); and her children, Colette, Vincenta, Efrem (Tawanna), Shawn (DeAnna) and Demetrius (Candance). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
