He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Sr. Parks and Dorothy Parks (Rogers); and his siblings, Maurice Parks, Jr., Glennis Parks and Audrey Wayson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Parks; his children, Terri Dalrymple (Joseph) of Lothian, Jeffrey Parks (Roxanne) of Lothian and Gregory Parks (JC) of Lothian; and his brother James Parks. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
